Edit: I've decided not to use these two stanzas, partly due to it being difficult to play out but also partly because when I come to the Temple of All Flesh, I want to make sure it's done right.
Another stanza, this time we meet an Adept of the Temple of All Flesh, a sacred prostitute or concubine of the great harlot who is the goddess of the Temple and holds sway over the domains of love and more specifically sex,
'Lay her down and stake your claim'These words are written large and trueAnd placed within sight of those that embraceThe pleasure she provides to the faithful fewAnd now she opens that sacred placeAn invitation to those that would surely comeTo worship her flesh, again and againAnd so he mounts the sacred whoreShe gasps and writhes and starts to moanA chant, a groan, she writhes againAnd calls upon the holy nameSo summons the harlot, the maiden and whoreStill imploring, and callingBringing the lady right to the fore
n.b. I'll come back to this at a later date.
